Medicine Shoppe

The Medicine Shoppe Cyclist of the Week Award offers a tangible benefit to the students who are the most active on the bicycle bus project on a weekly basis.

This award is presented weekly to the student with the highest participation in the Bicycle Bus project, ranked by the total number of trips during the week.

The value of the award is $100 and this sum of money is split amongst all students.  For example, if three schools have participating students and in one of the schools, two students are tied for the most participation, then the $100 is split amongst the four students so each of the students would obtain $25 for the week.

The funds are held in trust until the duration of this project.  The funds are to be used to purchase a new bicycle or new bicycle equipment.

The following students are awarded a monetary sum for their efforts during the Bicycle Bus this Fall 2009:

  • Colin Stark (Elm Street) $20.00
  • Christain Moase (Elm Street) $30.00
  • Carter Moase (Elm Street) $90.00
  • Randy Corkum (Elm Street) $135.00
  • Brianna Corkum (SIS) $168.00
  • Austin Trenholm (Greenfield) $168.00
